More than forty-five years ago, Bob founded a financial services firm in Buffalo, New York, starting with three employees. Today, it has four offices across upstate New York, over 100 staff, and serves more than 30,000 clients. As CEO, Bob mentored executives at all levels, helping them grow as leaders.

Passionate about personal growth and leadership, Bob created LeadOne Consulting, offering coaching, workshops, and leadership tools. He is a graduate of The Center for Executive Coaching, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a certified John Maxwell facilitator. He is also heavily involved with Kaiser University.

Bob volunteers with Place of Hope and serves as a Trustee for The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He lives in Florida with his wife, Patty, and enjoys traveling to visit their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
